Sibford Village Hall is a registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), registered number 1185296.

The CIO has five trustees who are responsible for the overall governance of the hall for the use of the inhabitants of the Parishes of Sibford Gower, Burdrop and Sibford Ferris and the surrounding area with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
