Speaker: Stephen Wass
During the 17th century Oxfordshire was home to a series of impressive water gardens that had important links to the development of scientific thought at Oxford.. These gardens have become ‘lost’ and their true nature has only recently been revealed through a programme of archaeological and historical research.
Stephen works as a commercial archaeologist specialising in historic gardens.
