DESCRIPTION:…including our own. \nSibford Gower resident Ivan Tyrrell\, director of Human Givens College\, will offer a stimulating analysis of the historical and psychological context of our current state. \nHe will talk about his lifelong fascination with the behavioural patterns in history that explain the reasons why empires rise and\, inevitably\, fall. \nHe will discuss some of the great thinkers who have looked at these patterns and why it is important to understand what stage in this process we are going through in our unsettling times. \nDoors open at 7.15pm and the talk starts at 7.30pm. Free to members\, visitors £5. Refreshments follow the talk.
